("the Owner"), offering:

Nutrimetics products)

A skin studio providing professional skincare treatments and

services by appointment

An interactive skin care quiz to help customers identify products

suited to their skin type

Educational blog content related to skincare, beauty, and wellness

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Website --- including making

purchases, booking services, saving quiz results, and receiving

personalised product recommendations --- you may be required to create

an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or

legal guardian

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during

Not create more than one account per person

All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and

are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to

correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior

notice. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed,

we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you

wish to proceed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe

Afterpay (buy-now-pay-later) --- subject to Afterpay's own terms and

conditions

By providing your payment details, you represent and warrant that you

are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the

information provided is accurate.

4.3 Transaction Authorisation & Billing

When you place an order, you authorise us (and our payment processors)

to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. Orders

are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to

refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect

fraud or where products are out of stock.

You will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation

constitutes our acceptance of your order and formation of a binding

contract of sale.

4.4 Afterpay-Specific Terms

If you choose to pay via Afterpay, you agree to Afterpay's terms of

service, available at afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service. Afterpay

payment plans are subject to approval by Afterpay. Late fees and other

charges may apply as determined by Afterpay. The Glow Know has no

control over Afterpay's approval process, fees, or payment schedules.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

5.1 Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded

under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"). You are entitled to a

replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other

reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the

goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality

and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5.2 Returns Policy

Subject to your rights under the ACL, our returns policy is as follows:

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Products that have been opened, used, or are otherwise not in

resalable condition may not be eligible for return (except where

required under the ACL)

your order number and reason for return

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the

product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied

5.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of

the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be

processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

For Afterpay orders, refunds will be processed through Afterpay in

accordance with their refund policies. Any instalments already paid will

be refunded, and outstanding instalments will be cancelled.

5.4 Product Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide warranties beyond those

mandated by the ACL. Any representations about product performance,

suitability, or results are general in nature and do not constitute a

warranty.

6. Service Bookings (Skin Studio)

6.1 Booking & Confirmation

Skin studio services are available by appointment only and may be booked

through the Website. A booking is confirmed once you receive a

confirmation email or notification from us.

6.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling

policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment time will

receive a full refund or credit

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may

incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price

Rescheduling is available free of charge if done at least 24 hours

before the appointment

6.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice ("no-show"),

you may be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in

a requirement for upfront payment for future bookings.

6.4 Service Delivery

We will provide all skin studio services with due care and skill in

accordance with the ACL. Results may vary between individuals based on

skin type, condition, and other factors. Information provided during

consultations is general in nature and does not constitute medical

advice. If you have a medical skin condition, we recommend consulting a

dermatologist or medical professional.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Reviews & Testimonials

The Website may allow you to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or

other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant

The Glow Know a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,

worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute

your User Content in connection with our business, including on our

Website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

7.2 Content Standards

You represent and warrant that any User Content you submit:

Is accurate and reflects your genuine experience

Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy

rights

Does not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful

material

Does not contain personal information about other individuals

without their consent

7.3 Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our

sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason --- including

employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from

All content on the Website --- including but not limited to text,

graphics, logos, images, product photographs, blog articles, quiz

content, video, audio, software, and design elements --- is the property

of The Glow Know or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian

and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property

laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any

content on the Website without our prior written consent

Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests

endorsement or affiliation without authorisation

Download, scrape, or extract data from the Website for commercial

purposes

Limited, personal, non-commercial use of the Website content (such as

printing a product page for personal reference) is permitted provided

subject to their terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and fee

schedule. We are not responsible for Afterpay's approval decisions or

We use Klaviyo to manage our email marketing and customer

or (b) AUD $100.

12.4 Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any

consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Competition and

Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, or any other

Resolution Institute (or another mutually agreed mediation service) in

New South Wales, before commencing any court proceedings.

13.3 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to

hear appeals from those courts.

13.4 Consumer Rights Preserved

Nothing in this dispute resolution clause limits your rights to lodge a

complaint with NSW Fair Trading, the Australian Competition and Consumer

Commission (ACCC), or to take action under the ACL.

14. Termination & Site Access

14.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or access

to the Website at any time, without prior notice, for any reason,

including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Providing false or misleading information during account

registration

Non-payment or payment disputes

Conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or

third parties

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

Any pending orders may be cancelled at our discretion

You remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed to us

referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The

Glow Know regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior

agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or

unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining

provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not

constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these

Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and

obligations under these Terms without restriction.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our

obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from

circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited

to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or failure

of third-party services.
